The segment is set by headcount at application time. There is no middle tier: with 3 employees your amount is €3,000, not a share of €6,000. Kit Digital is a Spain-only programme, so this applies to companies registered in Spain — including foreign-owned SMEs operating there.

Segment C — €2,000. Enough to solve one well-chosen problem: usually an agent that handles repetitive enquiries and leaves no after-hours message unanswered.
